The 5HGM series grain dryer is low temperature type circulation batch type grain dryer. The dryer machine is mainly used to dry rice, wheat, corn, soybean etc. The dryer machine is applicable to various combustion furnaces and coal, oil, firewood, straw of crops and husks can all be used as heat source. The machine is automatically controlled by computer. The drying process is dynamically automatic. Besides, the grain drying machine is equipped with automatic temperature measuring device and moisture detecting device, which greatly increase the automation and ensure the quality of the dried cereals. In addition to drying the paddy, wheat, it can also dry rapeseeds, buckwheat, corn, soybean, cottonseed, sunflower seeds, sorghum, mung bean and other seeds, as well as some rule grains and crops with good fluidity and moderate volume.1.Feeding and discharging grains from the top of dryer: Cancel the top auger, grain will directly flow to the drying part, avoid mechanical failure, lower power consumption and reduce the paddy broken rate. 2.Crosswise eight-groove drying technology: Thin drying layer, lower drying cost while higher drying efficiency. 3.Resistance-type online moisture meter: Error rate is ±0.5 only (Deviation for raw paddy moisture is within 3% only), very accurate and reliable moisture meter. 4.The dryer comes with fully automatic computer controlling system, easy on operation, high automation. 5.Double lower speed auger design could effectively reduce the auger failure rate and grain broken rate, also reduce the dryer height; 6.The elevator uses the large capacity polymer material bucket, higher reliability. The lower linear speed reduces the broken rate effectively during conveying process. 7.Equipped with four drying parts, double blowers, and the hot air enters the dryer from two sides, drying speed is fast and the quality of dry paddy is good.
