DKTL series rice hull separator is composed of frame body, shunt settling chamber, rough sorting chamber, final sorting chamber and grain storage tubes, etc. It is to use the difference of density, particle size, inertia, suspension speed and others between the rice husk and grains in the airflow to finish the rough selection, second selection in turn, to achieve the complete separation of rice husk and faulty grains. DKTL series rice husk separator is mainly used to match with the rice hullers, usually be installed in the negative pressure horizontal pipe section of the husk aspiration blower. It is used to separate the paddy grains, broken brown rice, incomplete grains and shriveled grains from the rice husks. The extracted half-baked grains, shrunken grains and other faulty grains can be used as raw materials of fine feedstuff or wine brewing. The device can also be used alone. If the guide plate is improved, it can also be used for the separation of other materials.
